Special Spirit Inc. a PATH Certified Therapeutic Riding Center. Benefiting special equestrian athletes and spreading
autism awareness. Special Spirit is a non profit 501(c)3 organization.
Our goal is to help children and adults with disabilities face their challenges, form lasting social skills and develop
a sense of belonging and purpose in the community.

Location
Although our ranch is only 20 minutes from downtown Los Angeles, adjacent to Burbank, Glendale and N. Hollywood, it has a rural feel and is naturally supportive of equine-based activities. Moonshadow Ranch, home of Special Spirit is nestled between the 210 and 5 freeways off Sunland Blvd. in the community known as Shadow Hills.
