Special Spirit Summer Camp

Five mornings at the barn. Riding every day, hands-on horsemanship, new friends, and going home tired in the best way. Whether your camper has never been near a horse or has ridden a few times, our small-group format and experienced instructors make sure every kid feels safe, included, and excited to come back the next morning.

Camp is open to all kids ages 8–14. If your camper has specific needs, accommodations, or anything you’d like us to know about, please let us know.

A ranch trusted by Los Angeles families since 2008. Special Spirit is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit with 17 years of experience working with LA County families, schools, foster youth programs, and first responder networks. Our summer camp is built on the same foundation as everything else we do: safety first, kids first, horses treated with respect, and no two campers treated as the same.
